Belinda is a registered Organisational Psychologist and a member of the Australian Psychological Society.

She has over 15 years experience in the service sector (Hospitality and Retail) at all levels, as well as nearly 10 years contracting to the corporate sector on a range of projects, from recruiting to business re-development.

Belinda started People First HR Solutions as a means of offering cost effective HR services to small to medium sized organisations.

Through her contract work, she noticed that many of the larger consulting firms did not provide either an acceptable level of service or cost efficiency for the smaller business person.

With the combination of a service background and having grown up as part of a family business, Belinda understands the needs – and also the limitations – of the small to medium business.

She continues to work closely with business owners to develop services and strategies to meet their unique requirements.
