The trainers at Philip Morris are themselves typically a diverse group of individuals both culturally and in ability, and are also required to train a similarly diverse population. Prior to conducting training with both Technical Trainers and Workplace Trainers, Belinda has contacted me to discuss the specific training needs of both the organisation and the individuals participating in the training. In one particular instance, I had a team member who required individual coaching to address some performance issues. Belinda and I met prior to her coaching sessions to discuss the issues from a management viewpoint, and after the training, Belinda has contacted me to follow up on the individual's progress.
