People First HR Solutions offer our clients a range of training solutions which can
be tailored to best suit your individual and organisational requirements.
We deliver all of our training on site, and delivery options (times, dates
etc) are 100% flexible to better co-ordinate with your business demands. All of our trainers have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent). We are also affiliated with a network of boutique Registered Training Organisations (RTO) to be able to offer a range of nationally recognised training courses. Furthermore, we can design additional training programs if your requirements cannot be met by any of the above. Accredited training courses we offer in conjunction with an RTO include: • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment • Diploma of Training and Assessment • Certificate III to Diploma in Business (Frontline Management) • Certificate IV to Diploma in Business (Franchising) • Certificate IV in Retail Management Training & Assessment The new Training & Assessment qualification is the benchmark for the design and delivery of training in your industry or area of expertise. This important qualification will teach you the principles and techniques associated with the development, delivery and assessment of adult vocational learning. Frontline Management The Frontline Management program enables the learner to focus on the leadership and management skills that can assist them in improving productivity in the workplace. Certificate III level is appropriate for team members wishing to develop their personal time management, organisational and administration skills. Certificate IV is ideal for team leaders and/or supervisors, with an emphasis on implementing policies and procedures, facilitating change and innovation, effective communication, relationships and building on the same skills taught at Certificate III level. The Diploma of Frontline Management is designed for managers and leaders and focuses on managing people, systems, relationships, performance and the working environment. Franchising The Franchising programs have been designed specifically to focus on the needs of franchisors and franchisees, to assist them in improving overall business performance. Certificate IV in Business (Franchising) focuses on the Franchisee and the Diploma qualification is directed at the Franchisor. Certificate IV in Retail Management Certificate IV in Retail Management has been designed to develop the first line management skills of those working in the retail industry.
